During my Christmas stay, I really liked the upgraded room I received. It was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed provided a great night's sleep. the hotel's strategic location was a key advantage. It was conveniently located near the city's main attractions and there were plenty of food options nearby.
One aspect I disliked was the lack of power sockets next to the bed in my first room. This was inconvenient as I couldn't easily charge my devices while relaxing in bed.

The location of this venue is fantastic, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants we needed, such a great place for our stay where we really loved the room.

amazing base for city trip in mataram. warung taliwang moerad, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel.

Room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was nice. Location was great with plenty of food options nearby. Also enjoyed the balcony in the room for some fresh air.
My non-smoking request was not fulfilled and the couch and furniture had a strong cigarette smell and burnt stains. It was quite disappointing and made the room uncomfortable.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional and friendly, always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice beds. The hotel facilities, especially the pool area, were fantastic. We also enjoyed the amazing food in the restaurant, although it was a bit overpriced compared to the standard prices in the city. The breakfast selection was wonderful, offering a variety of Indonesian dishes. The location was convenient, with shops and money changers nearby.
